Without objection, it was so ordered. Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Kelly offered Amendment No. 4 : Page 31 before bill section reading "* Sec. 64. AS04.16.110(2), enacted in sec. 28 of this Act, takes effect July1, 1995.": Insert a new bill section to read: "* Sec. 64. PROHIBITION ON PURCHASE OF CERTAIN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. Beginning July1, 1994, and ending June30, 1995, a person licensed as a wholesaler under AS04.11.160 may not purchase an alcoholic beverage that contains more than 76 percent alcohol by volume." Renumber the following bill sections accordingly. Page 31, in the last effective date section, adjust the internal section number reference accordingly. Senator Kelly moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of Amendment No. 4. Without objection, Amendment No. 4 was adopted.
